I think it would be better if the strap with velcro at the top were a little longer. It is hard to get on when it is too short.

I had constant knee pain for more than 8 weeks, so I decided to give this process a try. Within 2 sessions with the heating pad and infrared light, my knee pain was greatly reduced, and within two weeks, the pain was nearly gone altogether. No more walking like an old man!
