I’m still undecided whether the red light therapy works or not.I’ll give it more time. But the brace itself feels good on my knee and the slight warmth from the infrared light helps.

I have had 2 knee replacements, still having trouble with soft tissue and IT band pain. The heat feels good but I do not see it improving my knees (of course the knee joints are artificial!). I use it on my knees before bed and is very relaxing. I have used it on my back and it works wonderfully there
