Sharp & Fast for Gaming

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you are a gamer you will love the OMEN 25i monitor. I was shocked at how sharp and quick it is at responding while gaming. I always heard people talk about how refresh rates affect games like Fortnite, but never really put it to the test. I can say my wins have clearly gone up in first-person shooters and Minecraft looks outstanding on this monitor. It comes with all the cables you need to hook up the monitor, HDMI (I used on my Switch) or DVI (ideal for a computer if you can). If you want to use the USB outlets on the back you also need to hook up the USB B cable, which is included. The size is nice and compact and the stand also is designed to hold your headphones which was a nice touch. The only slightly negative thing on the stand is it is fixed, so you can raise or lower the monitor, only tilt.
The resolution is super sharp and of course, it has that 165Hz refresh rate. This monitor also has a lot of options to give you that true custom feels that your set up. In addition to the custom setup, it has several quick options for gaming, general use, night, etc. You can adjust everything very quickly from the monitor itself or use the OMEN gaming hub software which is how I like to change things up. The monitor supports custom cross-hairs so you can have an extra touch when playing your games too. I have tested mine with my Nintendo Switch and it worked great on consoles too. Overall I have been very happy with it and if you are in the market for a nice gaming monitor this one is worth looking into.
