[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a perfect monitor for gamers that not worried about 2.1 hdmi! But It is very hi-trek to be a 1080p monitor , super sleek! Omen25i is 165hz 1ms response time it has a slim square like new updated monitors. Video card is made by nvidia g-sync . I love the brightness and configuration of the colors looked great with pc game my son and I played. Absolutely immersive and up to speed tech! It comes nicely packed. On back side on the monitor on the stand there’s a spot for your headset to go if you are not using them you can hang them there and hook them up via usb to charge behind monitor. Monitor tilts at 45 degree angle with the stand I give that two thumbs up very well made also has a quick connect on back side of it if you are wanting to use ur own mount. It also has Omen gaming hub integration which it works well with other Omen /HP products pc ,keyboards , etc… This monitor is console compatible will work well with all new gen consoles. On backside of monitor you will find a Dpi port, hdmi port, aux port, also port for your mic! When you open the box you will receive 1 hdmi cord, 1 dpi cord, 1 power cord adapter, and 1 usb cord with nicely packed monitor. Overall I recommend this monitor this for a beginner gamer it is very hi-tech with at a great price point!

Get off a tv and get a gaming monitor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture quality of this screen is top notch. I've played games mainly on a tv or laptop screen and the picture quality of the Omen monitor is vastly better. I can't believe I've been missing out all these years running on an inferior screen. The ability to support FreeSync/G-Sync is an awesome feature and a must have when it comes to gaming monitors and the Omen delivers on that.
Another feature I love is the ability to rest my headset on the back of the stand. This cleans up clutter and is one of those little things that is usually overlooked. Another feature probably over looked would be the extra USB port. USB ports are tight on laptops and this will give you one extra so you can plus those RGB accessories directing into the monitor.
The 165HZ capability really the key seller here. It doesn't get much better than that and if you are normally playing on 60HZ you'll notice the difference.
Overall I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend to others.

Great Resolution

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently purchase the HP Omen 25i monitor to use for both gaming and regular computer use. The resolution is beautiful and the refresh rate is excellent. My son, who tends to game the most, really enjoys how colorful his games are when he plays them. Playing games where you are moving quickly or have modern graphics really makes a difference when using a monitor with faster refresh rates such as this one. While we haven’t used it yet, I like that there is a downloadable app via Microsoft for the Omen to live stream gaming and interact with other gamers without needing additional software. Overall, I would definitely recommend this monitor to gamers who really want a great and immersive gaming experience.

I tried a variety of games and all ran smoothly on each game with all my preferred settings and honestly I’m surprised. I would highly recommend this monitor for both competitive and casual gamers.

We are a family of gamers..well me my 9,14 and 19 year old..my husband not so much. But we all love it! My 14 year old son gets so excited to play on it. He has a gaming laptop and the picture doesn't even compare to this. There's so many settings so we can change to our different liking. The kids take turns using it. I'm extremely happy with the monitor. It was very easy to set up. I love the headphone holder. And we have it on a monitor stand for some extra height added. I highly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow what a difference a real gaming monitor makes. We had some other high end name brand monitors, but they didn't have the clarity the Omen has. It was entry level but my son (17, avid gamer) says it is as good or better than some of his friend's gaming monitor set ups. Brilliant colors and super clear graphics. Quick refresh! Easy to set up and use. Very happy with this purchase. I received a discounted product in exchange for my honest review.

LITERALLY THE BEST GAMING MONITOR EVER!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is fantastic for anyone who own an XBOX with Freesync and a gaming PC with NVIDIA Geforce cards. It's a win-win situation. This panel is IPS. This sort of display is prone to edge bleed and clouding. This one isn't. When displaying an all-black image, there is severe light bleed around the display's edges. This is due to IPS panels being brighter than TN panels. I found Standard to be the most color accurate. Turn off the back ambient LED here. I found it obnoxious and added little to the overall experience, so I disabled it. I like the inclusion of both HDMI and DisplayPort. This monitor works with an XBOX via HDMI or a PC via VGA. However, a PC should use the DisplayPort connection. Overall, this display is a decent performer with multi-platform compatibility. The image quality is average. Its quality, performance, and options are sufficient for most users who only use it for gaming and basic computer activities.

USB ports on laptops are limited, and this will provide you with an extra so you can connect those RGB accessories to the monitor. The 165HZ capability is the real draw here. It doesn't get any better than that, and if you're used to playing on 60Hz, you'll notice the difference. Overall, I am pleased with my purchase and would recommend it to others.
This monitor is a significant improvement over my previous monitor. I currently play Call of Duty on the Xbox x console, and I am getting 80-100 frames per minute. The graphics are exceptionally clear and sharp. There are so many settings you can change to make it exactly how you want it. I'm still learning how to customize all of the settings to my exact liking because there are so many. I am blown away by the quality and overall design of the monitor. The gameplay is extremely smooth, and my movement has improved significantly in the short time I've had the monitor. If the monitor on a console is this good, I can't wait to upgrade to a PC. The lobby games are running at more than 120 frames per minute.
The monitor is simple to set up. It only took a few minutes for me. The headphone holder is an excellent addition. If you enjoy gaming on a computer or a console, I highly recommend this monitor.
