Looks great, but dead on arrival

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this unit back in August, it arrived from the dealer 6 weeks later. Installed right after Christmas due to kitchen remodel. Only to have the unit not functional. Still waiting for service. Great customer service, but everything else, blah.
We have the Jenn Air Fridge and 48" stove, those two units are working as expected.
Pros: Attractive Design
Cons: Unstable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Cups are tilt to dry so you don’t have to dry them

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is something leaking out of air vent inside of the door panel. Assume it is my rinse aide. The dishwasher bottom rack is very low making it harder to access. Front of dishwasher does not look like a finished product.
Pros: Dishwasher Safe
Cons: Difficult To Clean, Hard To Use, Leaks

Quality Dishwasher/Racks Inefficient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using my new Jennair Dishwasher for several weeks. While the machine is quality construction, I have been disappointed in how dishes fit in the racks. It seems the racks are designed for small and medium size plates only. When loading large 10-10 1/2" plates there is little space available for other dishes. I previously had a Kitchen-Aid dishwasher and I was able to load large plates and small plate in a efficient manner. I have also noticed everytime I close the dishwasher the plates on the lower rack move around and get out of place. I wish I would have taken a variety of dishes to the showroom to see how they would load before making this major purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this a month ago and are loving it! It’s been very quiet, easy to load, has plenty of room and cleans beautifully! We’re very happy with it! We had another brand twice before this one, and love this one even more for all of the reasons above and the fact it’s made in the US and many repair companies can work on it if needed and parts are more readily available. Thank you!
