much better control panel than my older model

Excellent Cleaning and Crazy Quiet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I purchased this dishwasher about 2 weeks ago to replace an LG that's just not cleaning well anymore. While the LG did great initially and was really quiet, this JennAir is better in both categories immediately. It also feels like we can get more into this dishwasher as well, even though both seem equal in that right. I've scoured the house looking for more dishes to add instead of handwashing a few that won't fit.
For those considering several different models in this range, I will say we thought the KitchenAid was very novel, but I discovered that there's a major flaw with the "filtration" system in that dishwasher, along with many other brands that have adopted the "no filter" system. If you're wondering about JennAir's water filtration on this model, it's fantastic and what I would consider a "standard" style of filter, with a large stainless filter to catch bigger bits of debris and a really good fine mesh filter for the smaller food particles.
We don't use any dishwasher drying settings, so I really can't say how well this performs, but it cleans amazingly well and does so silently. When I was standing right next to it, I asked my wife before opening it if the dishes were clean or dirty before getting my cup out of it and she said " ..... It's running now..... ?" Wow! Crazy quiet. The display clearly showed it was running, but typical husband move of "just ask my wife".
FYI - not a magnetic front panel, but this isn't an issue for us. Just beware of it if that's important to you.
