I have a large dog and a cat who also sleep in my room so I thought something like this may cut down on the dust and improve the air quality. It has really helped so far! I had researched many products and I'm so glad I settled on the Bissell. The MyAir is very quiet and has a nice nightlight. It is louder on the high setting but I only run it on that setting when I am out. Now I want to purchase another MyAir for my den and possibly my other den to clean the air around the house.
