[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this to use at my quibical at work. It arrived in a timely manner and in new condition. Very easy to setup, just install the HEPA filter and remove some stickers on the control panel and you are ready to go. It looks really good and the quality is good. All the controls are on top of the device in the center, nice touch to keeping all controls together. You have Fan speed control, Timer, LED light, and Filter replacement gimer. I have only had this for couple weeks now so I can not comment on its reliability or durability. I am very happy with it so far. However, I do few things that to say on things that Bisslle could improve on. First, the fan speeds are a little straingely setup. 3 speeds, Sleep, Low, and High. To me Hight is totally useless due to its noise factor and Sleep is just to close to the Low speed and it turns the LED light off, which is another odd feature. So technically for me there is only one suitable mode and that's Low speed. The Hight speed should be set to much more tolerable speed where you can still use the device in the same room. As it is now that is just impossible for me. And the Sleep mode is literally the speed as the Low, difference is very negligible, and please leave the LED on, isn't that the whole idea of a night light? Other minor issue I have is the control panel itself. It rather cheaply done. Looks great but, every manufacturer lately is making the controls on devices out of these thin plastic covers and should use some better quality or thicker materials that will last longer. This is one area where I believe Bisslle or any manufacturer should consider modifying. One other minor issue is that the motor on my device has some vibration that is especially evident when running at Hight setting. I think this might present a problem for some users, it sure would to if I were to use the high setting on the table where I do my work. Overall, the device is very nice and looks great. It's worth the money I paid.

This product is the perfect size to move from room to room if needed. I purchased these because my allergies are real bad and I have really noticed a difference. Being a cat owner it also really helps with your pet dander. I have purchased many Bissell products and I am amazed on how well every product works so well. I have recommended this Air Purifier to all my friends!
