[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this unit as a gift for some kindly neighbors. I mention this as I haven't personally used it, but they say they are enjoying it. I can personally comment on the Customer service, buying and delivery process. Customer service was very sweet, the ordering process was easy and I it arrived in a timely manner. Would highly recommend and would buy from Bissell again in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been affected by allergies since I was a kid (several years ago). Backthen they didn't know what it was and called it a "summer cold". As a senior, I started to pay a attention to what I might be able to do to help alleviate my allergy symptoms. I looked at a lot of units which were just too expensive to take a chance to determine if they work. I settle on Bissel's 400, then bought another one, then bought three of these units. We have notice a marked improvement as a result. The replacement filters are priced reasonably too.
