I bought these for my older brother and sister. Both have compromised systems and these machines seem to help with sleep. I bought the filters so they have a backup.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The filters smell. I think it is the charcoal in the filter. It is supposed to get rid of smells not add them. It can stink up a whole room. #sweepstakes

Sorry to hear that, Nathan. Make sure you remove the plastic from the filter before starting up the MyAir.
