Has significantly reduced the smell from neighbor's apartment and was truly a blessing when the pollen index was high last week. On automatic and 2 setting is whisper quiet; higher levels are louder, but not obnoxiously so. Additionally, it is very stylish and so easy to use. I love my Bissell air cleaner!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bissell hit it out of the park with the design of this machine. The retro look was my deciding factor over other "clinical" or otherwise plain looking air cleaners. Although this is a pricy machine for what amounts to a giant fan pulling air through a filter. My 5 stars is based on my experience with Bissell customer service. The machine I had initially received with my order would not stop emitting a low annoying electrical hum, which became unbearable while trying to sleep. This just wasn't acceptable for a machine of this price. An email to Customer service with an MP3 and a couple of pictures later, resulted in a replacement machine received a couple days later. That replacement cleaner has been working great. This is a big machine, for a big room. It's over 2 feet tall and 14"wide. The front facing draw of the intake was appealing as the unit can be placed against a wall, and air drawn from the room it's in. I can't yet speak to filter life, and surprised that the the 2 filters do not fit more snuggly - there is light wiggle room - and will fall out if the unit is tipped forward. The auto detector seems to work well. I have this running continuously in a central room, and the noise emitted is the "breeze" from the fan, amounts to pleasing background noise.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bissell air320 is a great product! I use it in the master bedroom of my house which has a high vaulted ceiling and is about 360 square feet. Best features include; auto setting, PM sensor reading and colored indicator, very quiet on lowest fan setting, and auto dimming in the dark. Improvement suggestions; controller/Bluetooth capability, and auto shutoff once desired air quality level has been reached. Overall this product delivers on its promises and I would recommend it to others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an amazing air purifier. I could not be happier. Set up was easy and instructions were very clear. This machine is amazingly quiet. Did not disturb our sleep at all, and we are light sleepers. Very easy to use and understand. The style is pretty cool too. Looks great in our bedroom and in the Living room. It's not heavy or clunky and can be moved very easily from room to room. I completely recommend this product to anyone with allergies, as it has helped relieve mine. Living in Florida can get kind of rough with the year round allergies and I look forward to continuing to see how this helps me.

Replacement filters - OUT OF STOCK.

This is a great unit, but I can't get replacement filters. Pretty frustrating since it was so expensive... I have two other units front different companies and have had no issues getting replacement filters. Not sure what's going on, but this may be my last Bissell purchase since I can't rely on product availability.
