First agent I spoke to , Betty (in the Philippines) got upset with my questions and hung up on me. The second also in the Philippines, was curt but resolved my problem. I was billed for my products and told the items shipped but, you guessed it, never was. Waited 2 weeks before a "second" shipment was sent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this Bisell a320 for about two weeks now. I find that it is doing a very good job of cleaning my air. What was instantly noticeable was how much less dust was settling in my house. What became evident after a while is that my allergies have improved. My nose is less stopped up than it had been. I find the unit to be very quiet. I run it on the Automatic cycle, and it has never made enough noise to be noticeable to me, and I am sensitive to environmental noise. I can recommend this air cleaner. It is far superior to other's that I have used.

So far so good, seems to do a good job. I have it in a large open room and you can feel the difference, Filters are easy to replace. Priced well compared to other models I looked at for large coverage area. I am happy so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this air purifier. It is aesthetically pleasing. It is not too big or too small. The air purifier works very well. I was surprised when it started working more because I had just had a pizza delivered. I have a big dog and a boyfriend who is allergic to him. This purifier helps control the allergies flying around my apartment. My only compliant with this air purifier is that it has a mind of its own. I was sitting on the couch, and the purifier went into the red zone (which is kinda noisey) but then went back into the blue zone shortly after with no real smell changes in the apartment. Overall I am pleased with this product

Compact, easy on the eyes, EASY to set up, no wifi or Bluetooth to hassle with, no phone to connect to. You just turn it on automatic or whatever level you want. If it's dark, the lights all turn off, no annoying ambient lighting. It's QUIET. It works, I'm happy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have COPD and have had clean air machines in the past, but after an exhausting search i came across the Bissell. Now i know some of you are thinking < Bissell> that's what thought but turns out not only do they do floor cleaning products they make clean air machines. Well not only do they make them they excel in making a quality product at a affordable price that actually does what it says. I'm writing this comment because i truly believe its the best clean air machine I have ever owned. But there's more, not only does it clean a full size room it actually looks like a nice piece of furniture so its not an obvious eye catcher and its very quiet you don't realize its even on. But i tell you if something burns in the kitchen or bad air quality it pipes write up to clean the air! I love that you can just set it on Automatically or (A) and its set to go. The best purchase I have made. Happy in the desert.
