[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this to replace the Oransi air cleaner in the bedroom. Had the Oransi for years but it had numerous problems and was replaced twice under warranty. Love the Bissell! The air quality index monitor is very helpful. The lowest fan setting is very quiet. We use that to sleep at night. If the air quality gets above 003 I use a higher fan setting for a while to bring it back down to 002. Time will tell how it holds up. We have two dogs in the house so it has to work hard.

The two different filters really make this an exceptional model. I wanted an air purifier with a Hepa filter and this "air320" has a huge filter. I have been moving it from room to room and am so happy to have it. The air quality in my home has improved greatly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Awesome filter! Looks the part, doesn't make itself obvious even at higher speeds and does a great job sensing particulates. Cook without the vent hood on and it knows, then ramps up to filter the air. After that it goes back to normal. For the engineers; I noticed the gap between the front cloth prefilter and the main filter element has a gap, this whistles very slightly at high flow rates. It's more of a high-wind noise. I would see if you could redesign the bypass/side area so it doesn't cause this whistle. I think some foam seal or tape will fix it for me, but changing the flat edge and adding some design to that area may reduce wind noise. I'm not bothered by it but I was apprehensive at first and it does sound a little better with the front cloth pulled out slightly, so it would overall be better for those that use this filter on high. For general use on automatic, I have no issues and we bought two! Love them. #sweepstakes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have one in my living room and one in my basement and when these two are paid off I plan on getting another for my bedroom. I love how quiet they are in the maintenance mode, and that they automatically kick up to a higher speed when they sense odors or particles in the air.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This air purifier has been great. It's quiet and it keeps the air in our bedroom so clean. After a few years it was malfunctioning and Bissell customer service was so great about sending us new parts to try, super quickly. When that still didn't work, they sent us a new replacement unit since it has a 5 year warranty. The turn around time was super fast, and I am so impressed with the customer service. We will definitely be buying Bissell products again.
