Great product, But One Time Use?

The air 320 is a great air filter. It's quiet and has provided noticeably improved air quality within my home. I live in a new neighborhood under construction and dust was always filtering into our home in biblical proportions, and this filter has helped us avoid feeling the need to dust daily. That said, the main filter already looks wrecked in 2 months. It looks like it's spent time on Tatooine. The filters are still not available to buy on the Bissell website and I haven't found them elsewhere. I have extended its life by shaking it out, and frankly, putting it on the floor and vacuuming it with my the floor attachment on my dyson. I know that can't work forever. This better not be a one time use purchase considering it was nearly $300. My advice, don't buy this until the replacement filters are available.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a bit noisy, but I sleep fine with it on low. I really like how it automatically kicks up higher when we cook. I have asthma and cooking odors bother me. This purifier clears them out much faster. Waiting to see how it does this summer with pollen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit definitely surpassed my expectations. The smaller ones that are more inexpensive seem to not work for very long. They start out great, and then I feel like they don't work as well. This is easy to set up. On low, you can barely tell that it is on and there is almost no noise at all. It removes odors rather quickly as sometimes food cooking smells in the kitchen tend to permeate the house. Our home is very dusty, so it is necessary to have it running consistently. The higher setting, the machine is a bit louder, but not awful. It is much bigger than I expected and a bit bulky, so it sort of is a bit of an "addition" to any room it is in, but it is a well built, sturdy unit that does a nice job and really cleans the air in our home. The retro look to it is nice, so that it sort of looks like a piece of furniture instead of a bulky eyesore. It is nice for helping to cut down on the pet odors as we have a full grown lab and it is nice that there are different fan speeds depending on how big of a job you need to clean the air. I would definitely recomend this unit

Very quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bissell air320 is super quiet. If you have it on the higher setting it can be a bit loud. It senses darkness. So as soon as the sun starts to go down it gets quieter automatically. It was very easy to use. Basically open and use. I have noticed a bit of a difference in the smell of the air. Food smells don't longer as much. This is definitely a great product!!!

Could be nice but makes high pitched electrical ringing

Product looks nice and otherwise operates decently however it has 2 major flaws. The first is an unbalanced fan by which on the higher settings wobbles the unit significantly. Since my place is already clean it never uses those speeds however the deal breaker is the high pitches electronic ringing it has that quickly drives you mad in an otherwise quiet room. It's the sort of sound that makes you think your tinnitus is much worse than it really is.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
