Terrible System, Do Not Purchase

Installed in July 2021, Got everything set up and the endless notifications began. I would get over 100 a day. Attempted several adjustments on the set up menu, but this system does not do any of the things the menu says it will do. Called tech support and escalated to a tier 2 technician. He had me download software onto a laptop and connect it to the NVR. He remoted in and adjusted sensitivity settings, set up the privacy zones and updated the cameras. It seemed to help a little but still got way to many activations. I went back into set up and again adjusted the sensitivity of the cameras. Still tons of notifications. True Detect does not work!!!!! Picks up anything and everything that moves. Fast forward to Nov 2021, A new firmware update was done and it completely locked down the setup menu of the NVR. All of the previous setting that I could change would no longer work. Tried to adjust camera sensitivity, but it was grayed out and would not work. Tried to adjust the privacy zone, but it stated the cameras do not support that. No other adjustable setting worked anymore either. Called Tech Support and was advised the cameras in this system do not support any adjustment and never have. The firmware update updated it to grey our all adjustments because they never work anyways. He advised I could previously adjust them, but they didn't actually have any impact on the cameras. Unknown why the first tech support guy changed those settings if they didn't ever work or at least tell me the cameras never supported any adjustments in the first place. This system is just basic cameras that record without any fine tuning for your particular environment. They don't support any customization that the NVR says it will do. Don't waste your money on this system and go with another brand. Will be returning this system and going with a system that actually works
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Replacement of Arlo System

I purchased this system to replace the useless Arlo system. So far I'm impressed though I'm still working through what it can do and checking all of the features has, only been up and running for two days. Was really easy to set up thank God. Already looking to expand love it, so far it has not disappointed.

Great features and quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this system few weeks ago. I like it a lot, easy to setup and install. My wife help me installed this system, so far we like it, we get 2 cameras inside the house, one in the back and another in front. Works super, color at night is a plus also the sound. Seems be done with good materials.

Very good image and accessible remotely

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The installation is pretty easy but if you don’t know how to run cables through your house, you’ll want to hire someone to do so. If you don’t mind the Ethernet cables being exposed, you can do it your self and buy some cable casing to try to make it less of an eye soar. Each camera comes with 60 feet of Ethernet line which should be plenty for almost any home. Image quality is great. There is an app so you can be anywhere in the world and log in to see the video feeds.
I would recommend this to a friend!
