Misrepresentation of the product

Website information is totally misrepresentation of the product. The cameras shipped are different from what was shown on the website. The cameras I received are old model, with one center spot light, no two way audio. You can see the difference of picture on website and the pictures posted in reviews.
It's a wastage of time. Best Buy is well reputated company. Very surprised, How can they do this to their customers.

Almost installed this system right before noticing that the cameras are NOT 4K, they are upscaled at an undefined resolution. Immediately returned.
Perhaps this system is okay to use if your expectations are moderate, but misleading marketing language always upsets me - Just put the specs up front!

The lowest rating I'm allowed to give is one star even though it deserves even less. I bought this unit with high hopes of adding a much needed security system to my home. I've since found that getting any help from Swann's customer service is virtually non-existent,,!! I've tried to download the HomeSafe View program to my Windows based tablet but when I go to download it says :Oops - The page you were looking for doesn't exist. You may have mistyped the address or the page may have moved". To try and reach someone for help is IMPOSSIBLE, you're left to fend for yourself..!! How can a company that sells worldwide get away with such lack of service..? Don't buy this and save yourself a lot of money and grief, this is worthless..!!
