Out of the box this card is an inferior replacement to my 20-year-old audigy 2zs. Which is crazy. Google it this is a well known issue.
Most people probably find this card great but I find all of the settings missing compared to my old card. No EQ no bass redirection no low pass cut off nothing but bass and treble adjustment. Tried both new and old creative drivers with no change.
