A hand mixer with power

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great alternative to stand mixers and actually has a lot of power for a hand mixer. We use it frequently for cake mixing and whisking. It also comes with dough hook attachments that we have not used yet. However, when you crank up the power, it seems like it should work well for kneading, too. Highly recommended.

Great little mixer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mixer is compact but packs a punch. It’s very easy to operate and seems to be built very well. The buttons are simple and it will last a very long time. We particularly like how powerful the motor is.

Lots of speed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried this out with my banana bread recipe as my stand mixer seems like overkill, but I don’t want to hand mix. Maybe too much speed for creaming the butter. Even softened, it went everywhere. For mixing all the ingredients, though, it worked awesome and there was a lot of speed options. It’s a little clunky design-wise, but overall I’m happy with it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my old hand mixer with this Braun HM5100 Multi-Mix hand mixer and I'm so glad I did! The Braun mixer feels solid in my hand and does a great job. I like that it also comes with two dough hooks as well as regular beaters. I have not tried the dough hooks yet but I am looking forward to it. The storage bag is also a great feature and makes it easy to keep everything in one place so you're not searching through drawers to find the beaters/hooks.

Great mix

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this mixer so a great gadget Love the speed options, the motor runs quiet, appreciate the blades having different shapes at the base so that it’s easy to identify which hole a particular blade goes in, and having a safety in the power switch so that it won’t stay on if there is no mixing blade is nice.

Made me love baking again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ive used a cheap hand mixer for years and I didn't realize how terrible it was until I tried the multi mix. The difference in power is remarkable, my old mixer took forever to beat cream and could barely mix the flour much less a dough. the power of the multi mix reminds me more of a stand mixer vs any hand mixers I ever tried. The way the weight is above the mixing bowl your mixing in it feels lighter in the hand and requires less pressure to move it in the bowl. I never thought id have this many things to say about a mixer but this one is awesome

Save time and effort with this Braun hand mixer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had delayed getting a hand mixer because I already invested in an expensive stand mixer. After using this Braun MultiMix Hand Mixer, I regret not getting a hand mixer sooner. To be honest, lugging out that stand mixer is a real pain since its heavy and takes quite a bit of space on the counter. Then cleaning it is a whole other story. Braun has made my life so much easier with this product. This hand mixer is surprisingly powerful, and in fact, for many tasks it substitutes quite nicely for my stand mixer. It really is powerful with variable speed selection, and the way they designed it gives you the power but does not increase your personal effort and does not leave you fatigued. Let the hand mixer do the work as you guide it - you won't be disappointed with the results. It has various attachments to tackle many jobs and the attachments can be switched out easily and painlessly. Finally, the cleanup is a breeze. They created a completely sealed system so you never have to worry about the material you are working with getting inside the machine into places you could never possibly reach. Just wipe the outside and clean the mixers and you're done. Thank you Braun for saving me a lot of space, time, and energy.
