It really cools me while sleeping and, moreover, it humidifies the air and my skin (often dry and irritated) feels much better, it's like an additional skin care for me! Also it has a lovely LED-loghtening ^_^

Works. Made me cold at my cubicle. This is a dream.
It leaked within the first hour of operation. I did every troubleshooting leak step on their website and YouTube videos.
It's leaking at the seal of the tank only when on the device. There is no tank leak. It's also leaking out of the bottom meaning there is a leak on the inside reservoir and at the seal.
Unfortunately I got a lemon.
Update: I received a replacement unit that does not leak. It came with an evaporator cartridge that is yellow. I did not have respiratory issues with the white cartridge (original purchase) but the replacement came with a cartridge totally off yellow and smells moldy when in use. Caused my throat and sinus to produce mucus.
