Humidifier Will No Longer Stay Running

I purchased this unit about one year ago, worked fine for about a month, then it shut off and would not turn back on. I cleaned the sensor at the bottom several times, with no luck. I loved it when it worked, but since I can't get it to work again, I may as well throw it in the garbage.

I got this to add some moisture to our room during the winter. It's been great so far! It is very quiet so it's not distracting as you're trying to fall asleep. It does leave white dust, but it's very little, as far as I can tell.

Failed after month

Buy this humidifier little over a month ago and it will not power on. Checked the output voltage being applied to the humidifier and it’s 24 volts dc. We only used distilled water in the humidifier and cleaned it with the 50/50 water vinegar per the instructions. Nothing in the instructions
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Amazing for baby’s room!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is amazing. I’ve gone through probably four humidifiers that stopped working, cracked, or leaked all over the furniture. This one is absolutely incredible. You can tell the superiority of this product as soon as you open the box. The packaging was very secure so that you can be sure you will get a pristine product. The humidifier comes in two main pieces. The top part contains all the controls including the power, the level of misting (low medium and high) and a timer! The top also has a VERY convenient handle which is sturdy and I’ve never seen before on a humidifier. So to connect the top to the base it’s as easy as lining up the dots on the sides. The base you can take to the sink and fill up leaving the top plugged into the wall with zero drip. I love this thing. I really, really do. I am also in love with the little port with a piece padding in it that you can put any scent in! When my kids get sink I also put eucalyptus everywhere to open up their lungs. You can’t put that right into a humidifier though. This one you can put right into the port! You don’t need to buy any specific items for different scents. You can choose. You could even put lavender in just to make the room smell nice. The machine is also soundless. That doesn’t mean there’s a low hum… there is literally no sound. Like I said, once I found this I am never, ever going back to another brand. It’s unbelievable. There’s also an amazing item that filters out your hard water if you have it. It’s a small capsule about the size of your thumb that you put right into the tank. I’ve had zero build up. I have no worries or complaints about this product. It’s fantastic.

I live in a very dry climate so this is the perfect aid for dry skin, nasal congestion, etc. I especially love the quiet operation, top handle, and easy to refill top portal…actually love all the features! Only downside is we have really mineralized water so have to use distilled water which is sometimes hard to come by and expensive.

This unit is a dream to operate. Compared to my older wick style humidifier that breeds bacteria quickly if not constantly running, this method is more efficient and effective. Should have purchased one before this.
