[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Homedics TotalClean 5-in-1 tower air purifier cleans the air in my living room. This is a great purifier. It has 3 speed settings. I usually keep mine on the medium setting and it is perfect. It has pretty blue LED controls that light up. You can have it run 24 hours a day or set it up to shut off. I run mine for 12 hours a day and leave it off during the night. This will save on your filter. Speaking of the filter, it is a HEPA type filter that will capture up to 99% of contaminents. That's great! The tower stands almost 17 inches tall. We have a smoker in the house and this is awesome for removing the smoke in my house. I would recommend this product.

This is a fantastic unit. Very quiet and easy to use. Highly capable of cleaning the air of bacteria and viruses. I feel much safer with this in my office knowing that it is cleaning the air that comes in through vents. Highly recommend over other units out there.

Completely improved the air quality of my home

I live in an apartment in a 100 year old building, so the air was very stale and musty smelling. After a week or two of daily use, I noticed the air quality was improving. Now I have a fresh smelling home that I can enjoy. I highly recommend this product to anyone who wants to eliminate old odors.

Bought this after the fires in Monrovia Ca. The smoke smell was bad. The purifier did not do as good of a job as I thought it should.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have a few small 5-in1 filters and decided to try a larger one - bad mistake. IT IS LOUD. We can't run it while we are in the house so I really can't tell if it's actually working or not.
