As an athlete there is a lot more that goes in to preparation than just simply weight. This scale helps me analyze many key factors and adjust my nutrition/training to make sure I am on track to hit my goals. We recommend this scale to anyone who is working towards a goal.

I really like how it can track body mass, weight, etc and I can track my progress on the app. I would highly recommend this scale to anyone to help you get healthier and maintain a healthy weight.

Takes The 'Weight' of 'Losing Weight's Off Your Sh

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So to start things off, I am not somebody to buy a very technical appliance, if you can buy a less technical one that does the same job. That being said, a lot of my appliances that I use are not smart appliances, Bluetooth appliances, or appliances that I have hooked up to every single email address and Facebook account that I own. This weight watchers Bluetooth body analysis scale, might be showing me what I've been missing this whole time. Not only is it just a regular scale that syncs your results to your phone via Bluetooth device, it also shows you your bmi, bone mass, body fat percentage, and water weight. It helps you set goals and shows you the track that you are on to achieve these goals. I'm a very big video game player, so seeing achievements being unlocked kind of gives me that same feeling of unlocking achievement on a video game.

The data it collects is very interesting, & useful now that I am older and need to be concerned about bone mass. I am also interested in muscle mass, as I've recently begun focusing on weight training as well as cardio in my daily workouts. I was a bit frustrated, trying to program the scale, as it kept rapidly scrolling before I could hit "set" but once I finally got it set up, it seems to work well, & the app is very easy to read. It provides a clear way to track progress. Now….to make some!

A great scale

I got the weight watchers one that connects to the app. It connected well at first, but wouldn't connect after setting it up. If you manually enter it, it works just fine. The app and connecting to it is faulty, but I still think the scale is great because it gives you so much more information than just your weight. I still recommend the scale alone.
