When I hooked up my Duex Pro Portable Monitor I could not get the settings to work. I sent a request to the support line and got a response within minutes. When we were not able to resolve the problem via email Jack called me and walked me through the setup process. It now works perfectly and I don't know how I ever lived without it. And since it snaps right onto the back of my laptop I'll even be able to use it on airplanes.

I bought this for my daughter for Christmas. She is working on her dissertation and the additional screen helps her with pulling up articles while she is still writing her notes. She loves this unit and now does not have to carry her tablet with her as this solves the two screen problem.

Great product to let me work outside!

I had been looking for a solid solution to let me work on a laptop outside and as be productive as inside at my desk. As a developer on my main setup I have 2 big 24" monitors and it makes it so much easier to code. I have a 17" laptop monitor and this works great to show the browser as I work away on the coding portion. I also like how it can easily be removed and moved to other laptops I have so my wife can use it or my kids. So far so good with it. Display was crisp and it was easy to setup and get fired up. I look forward to using this summer!

I was contemplating buying two cheap monitors to connect to my work laptop for home use and discover this Fantastic gadget. Now I can be as efficient as I am in the office anywhere I go! The installation process is super simple and the display is crystal clear. So happy I discovered this item. I highly recommend it.

I have a windows 7 laptop that I use for work, a surface book that is running windows 10, and an iPad pro. The mobile pixels duex works great on all three devices and I have not had a problem.

Stopped working after 30 days

This started off great, unfortunately, after 30 days, in the middle of a report, it shut off and would not turn back on. You cannot exchange this item, only return. I would have tried a replacement monitor, but instead, I was left looking for an alternative.
