I needed a dual monitor to travel with me and this fit the bill. The screen is a bit smaller than my laptop but it has great quality. The only thing I and nervous about is the plastic frame it slides in and out of. This has been a fantastic addition to my remote work station amd exactly what I was looking for. Others have mentioned issues with the magnets coming off but I haven't experienced anything like that and they have been stuck in place since the beginning. You do want to make sure the screen case rests on your desk or table as the instructions state to take the full pressure off the magnets.Bottom line: if you're on the fence, there is no need. Just get it! You won't regret it. It's a fantastic product that I can't work without now.

The Duex Pro is a phenomenal productivity tool that has supercharged my workflow. I do a lot of laptop work in unconventional locations (cars, coffee shops, bed, etc.), and the ability to have a second screen in those situation is awesome. The Duex is simple to set up (mostly - see below), and once it's installed, day-to-day use is seamless. There is NO lag or downtime beyond a 2- to 3-second 'wake up' when you connect the screen.As others have said, remember to close the Duex before picking up your laptop and walking around. The magnets are extremely strong, but the unexpected weight could swing your laptop screen to swing back too quickly and cause damage.The only issue is that, for Mac Catalina users (current OS as of this review), the screen HAS to be used on the right side. If you flip the Duex over to attach to the magnets in the opposite direction, the DUEX screen will appear upside down, and there is no fix for this that I know of. So if you want the option to have your screen on the left, buy the additional kickstand.Finally, Duex customer service has been awesome! There was an issue with my original shipment (defective cable), and once I got in touch with the company and we did some troubleshooting, Jack expedited a new cable shipment right away.Overall, I am very pleased and will keep an eye out for future products from this company!

Ever since I got to use multiple monitors with my desktop, I have been missing that when using my laptop. BUT not anymore!!! yay! got it today and it's all set up! was very easy to set up. just took a few minutes. Thank you! Love This!

Go for it! The dual monitor improves efficiency in office! And size is perfect for traveling, it won’t take up extra space in your briefcase!

There is line down the middle

Kinda disappointment with the line down the middle of the screen. Granted it is cool to attach to the back of the laptop, I wish it was plug and play. My laptop is a work laptop that required Admin permission to install the driver.

This is a great product. I work on my laptop a lot for school and to remote into work. I have a double-monitor setup with my PC, and I always felt my productivity was slightly lower on my laptop, not anymore. The set up was straightforward (I watched the quick video) and the screen works great. I have no regrets and I would recommend to anyone using a laptop that needs a "to-go" second screen. Great product.

It’s awesome! You deserve it!!! It is so convenient for me, a businesswoman, to attend any conference out of our office. You know, it’s fine for us in our office cause we not only have a laptop, but also have a PC on our desk. However, if we go to attend conferences and do a presentation for customers or vendors out of office, the portable monitor will be very helpful. I can say that the portable monitor made me day!!

I have been wanting a second, portable monitor for my laptop for quite some time and I am so happy to have gotten this one! It is perfect! Easy to setup and mount to my computer. It comes with 2 different cables for any computer to be able to use and extra mounting plates!!! I absolutely love the strong magnetic plates and adhesive pads for my computer which I know will make it super easy to adjust my configuration should I chose to! Great product!!! Thank you!!!
