Great product and better support

I use this product for my freelance video game development. It helps quiet a bit when running unity as i can place almost all of the tool bars on that screen to clear up space for the scene screen. The only dislike about the product is that its a bit heavy for the screen so when i lower my laptop screen passed a certain point the mobile pixel screen pulls it further. It is a sturdy and well designed addition to my development suit. The support when i had a issue was very understanding and helpful.

I like the extension but it keeps falling of the laptop and it does not easily closed!

I work from home occasionally and find it difficult to work with just one monitor. This monitor has definitely increased my productivity when away from the office.

This dual monitor has been a game-changer for me, it's highly durable as I take it wherever I go and the slide and screen have stayed working. Most importantly, it works, every time, without any hassle or extra steps! I had a couple questions before purchasing and the customer service team was attentive and helpful as well - all in all a great purchase!!

Thin and portable productivity booster.

The product does exactly what it promises - gives you an extra screen without the need to buy an expensive monitor or upgrading your video card. It's very thin and super portable. This is a perfect on-the-go laptop companion, if you're using two monitors at the office. I was also blown away by customer service. Had an issue after the latest update, so I contacted them. GOT A RESPONSE WITHIN AN HOUR, and had the Duo up and running again the next day. Cannot wait until the Trio drops. The more screens the merrier. I will be recommending this product to a lot of people.

Great product, but even better customer service!Everyone keeps asking me about the Duex Pro and they all want to get one. It’s easy and portable and way better than my old way of an HDMI to a monitor.But better yet, when I emailed the support team with a small issue, I spoke directly with the founder immediately and figured it all out. So helpful! 1000% recommend.

I have a Mac Air - 13 inch and this item did not work with my computer it never turned on. I would not recommend this product.

Great when it works! Driver needs updating

Set up instructions were great and the product is awesome when it works but it needs to reconnect every time I log into my laptop and can take a few minutes before it’s ready to use. A lot of times it starts connecting but then the screen goes black and I have to restart by unplugging and replugging the USB. Hopefully this problem gets sorted out with a driver update but I’m running Mojave and the driver im using was released in July
