Why would you lump Small

Why would you lump Small and Medium sizes as one size category?
Inevitably, a smaller person is going to find the product too big and a medium built person, like myself, is going to find the product too small -- which it is.
Also, why is the product positioned as "adjustable"? I don't see anything on the product that adjustable.
All in all, a disappointment. I won't be returning to your company in the future. You just lost a customer.

Love it! It’s my second one. The first I put in the dishwasher, and over time, the frying surface is not as slippery. While the directions state that it is “dishwasher safe”, I don’t recommend it. Easy to wipe clean!
