This new brace is much improved over the old one. It has strong velcro and the extra straps slow good adjustment on how tight you can wear it.

No Instructions?

I would like to believe these claims of adjustability, but how does one do that with no instructions in the package! I couldn't tell which side was up and now I read users saying "easy to adjust". Well, do you just take a shot at doing that because there are no directions about adjustability

The support has a very nice appearance, however I haven't found any benefit from wearing it other than increased perspiration.

Not wide enough

Works very well however it keeps curling up and thereby becomes uncomfortable. It is also difficult to wear while eating as it keeps food from going down.

Great support but sizing a bit off

I ordered a L/XL Back Support and found it to be very snug. I have a 36” waist so expected more room for adjustment.
