Seems to work okay. Hard to get on. Used size chart but I feel it runs small so not as adjusting. Maybe size up

I find this belt to be very comfortable. I use it when I play golf to support my back, with it I have no pain. It is thin enough that it doesn't take up much room and it almost unnoticeable that I even have it on.
