Ultra-Flex Stability Straps do not hold.

I purchased this Pro-Grade Adjustable Back Brace features innovative Ultra-Flex Stability Straps last December. I ordered an S/M, I have a 31-inch waist. The adjustable straps do not hold, they keep coming off the Velcro. I should have ordered a larger size.

This is my second one back support brace had two back surgery in 2023 don't know what I would do if I didn't have these back supports . They really work and very comfortable. I also have the knee braces to so I believe in Tommy Copper products 😅

What is the matter with you? I love your products, but this is absolutely appalling! I was sick for two days after opening this. Washing it and airing it out in the sun does nothing to mitigate the chemical stench. Where is your quality control???

I’m on my feet and lifting all day operating my food truck. Lower back pain was becoming a significant impediment. This adjusts well to fit snuggly and it provides great lower back support. I’m now almost pain free throughout the day.
