The aluminum surface of the laptop has good exture, and it feels very nice to me since I'm a big fan of metallic laptop in surface.The 4K screen is amazing which is the most attractive reason for me to buy it. It has a quick response, and satisfy my daily life and work. Also the different modes for laptop, tablet, tent, and stand make it multifunctional. The only things about the laptop is the integrated pen which is too thin and small.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine has some punch, very fast for what I need, display is amazing as the keyboard. I wouldn't buy another 16:10 ratio though because all my monitors are 16:9 and if I have the laptop open and the monitor on the side, the display doesn't work properly. Other thing is that when I have it on tablet mode, you are holding the "tablet", but at the same time you are pressing on the keyboard and that feels weird. On tablet mode the speakers are pointing to the back, so sound is not that great.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been a long time loyal customer to Thinkpad but mine came with a manufacturer defect. The screen stopped working after only 2 uses.
However, the support team has been very patient and I have mailed mine in for repair/replacement.
Hopefully I can get it back within a week.
