[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The laptop arrived on time and in good condition. I made a basic configuration to start using. When setting up Microsoft 365 for work, we had complications and my personal setup no longer works. I had to return the device to my service provider to hand over the systems as the purchase was made. And now, BitLocker software prevents us from reinstalling everything. I haven't used my computer yet... be continued.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned countless number of Thinkpad laptops starting from the IBM days...however, this is my 2nd Yoga. Overall, I am happy with the laptop as usual. Since I'm not a techy person, here are my subject observations:
1) Form factor...10/10...a little smaller than my previous model...so great for travels
2) Colour...9/10...got the dark grey...although it's nice, I would have still prefer the classic TP black
3) Display...10/10...got the WQUXGA (3840 x 2400) IPS, anti-reflective, anti-smudge, touchscreen
4) Keyboard...9/10...less key travel than my last model...but, in my opinion, it's still one of the best keyboards out there
5) Performance...10/10...got the 11th Generation Intel® Core™ i7-1165G7 Processor
6) Battery...7/10...pretty average so far...getting about 5-6 hours
6) # of Ports...9/10...would have like a dedicated ethernet port

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great overall device. Very fast, beautiful screen. Upgraded from a X1 yoga gen 3, which is also still runinng great. Only complaint is that the fan-noise can be rather loud even with seemingly little going on. I think it is just setup/background onedrive syncing so it should settle down. I remember this with the gen 3.
