Forget about client service

They hire foreign compagnies to get rid of you. After 3 weeks and by calling their commercial lines I was able to talk to an American who transfered me back to India. They don't care and will keep your money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The battery life is great and it is much slimmer than my older T470. This isn't the most recent generation of Intel processor, but it does the trick. Plus side is that many of the bugs that come with new processors have been worked out. It is quick and very reliable. Fast startup. Keyboard is the classic ThinkPad experience; which I love! The fan is fairly quiet and isn't worse than I expected. Of course, the fan turns on periodically depending on what you're doing with the device, but that's normal. I am very impressed with the size and weight of this machine! So portable. This is so nice to use, it's making me want to be more productive with my work!

It is fairly light weight, good for commuting to and from work. I prefer this ThinkPad keyboard over my previous Yoga.

The worst but most expensive computer I ever bough

It starts fast. Browsing is fast. Saving a picture takes minutes and freezes the browser. Uploading a picture freezes a window with a folder. It cannot handle a folder with a few hundred files, freezes. Etc.
Any basic action requires a few minutes.
Bottom line: I bought myself frustration for lots of money. This money could be spent much better.
