Lagging from day 1, couldn't use Zoom and take notes on another app without experiencing performance reduction. Unfortunate, because I typically like your machines. This one couldn't hang.

great keyboard, poor ports

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The laptop screen does not come close to matching my 4k monitor. It gets me by, but is a disappointment. When I put an item in the cart the price went up $50 two days later.
Too many choices leads to confusion. I don't like the placement of the ports. I should have bought the Legion Pro. Slow in saving Photoshop images. The build quality is great. Great keyboard.

Using the touchscreen is convenient at times, but I tend to use mouse/keyboard mostly. It's been running smooth with no noticeable OS issues. Currently running a dual boot with Ubuntu and it works great!
