After a frustrating shipping delay, product discontinuation, and chaos, my Lenovo arrived with 2 loose USB-C ports. Poor QC.

The sound quality is great, and the microphone is sufficient. I was annoyed to find out that I needed to buy an extender for a direct ethernet cable connection. I've not had any issues; it's quick to start up and the processing time is fast. There's many features I haven't even begun to use yet. The laptop was very reasonably priced and the quality is great. A full charge lasts for days (but I'm not on it constantly). I would definitely recommend this laptop. I love ThinkPads! Also, the customer service was great too! They were able to provide me with exactly what I was looking for, very quickly...and they were very friendly and helpful.
