[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's pretty easy to use and lightweight. It's taking some getting used to as my old HP had become so familiar. At this point, the primary complaints I think I have are that financing was a joke and aesthetically, it is hideous.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] An excellent - though, not perfect - laptop for my (computer professional) needs: does all my jobs well: fast, with a large RAM and a large SSD disk, reasonably long-life battery, and a good size screen while keeping it all reasonably light. There were some minor hiccups (e.g., my office software was not installed correctly when I received it), but the Lenovo Support staff took care of them fairly quickly.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great laptop that can run anything i need. I use this for school, videogames, and video editing and this laptop is able to run it all with no problem. I also love the overall feel of the laptop. one thing that i wish it had though is an ethernet port but there is an adapter to add one.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been a DELL user for many years. Bought many Dell Latitude which worked well. I bought 3 XPS 13 and one XPS 15 and I had bad experience with the last two purchases. I had bad experience for warranty service with the second Dell XPS 13 and finally resolved through our state attorney general office ( they caused mechanical damage during service, remember taking pictures before shipping to DELL) . The second XPS 13 broke just one month after warranty ( I spent about $300 to replace the touchpad and keyboard this summer). My XPS 15 was bought last year and it had large noise, super heat and shut down by itself several times. This is my first time buying ThinkPad. It is very quiet, fast, and have not met any technical issues yet. I like it very much comparing to DELL.
