I bought this for an extended hotel stay with a pet so I didn't have to keep borrowing from the maintenance staff. I could not believe how much it picked up in my first swype. I've seen more affordable "vaccuum on a stick"s, but they usually weren't cordless nor do they have any sort of brush head, they were more of just a dustbuster on a stick. This has rubber fins rather than a brush head, and they work fantastically! Plus the colors are fun!
Mine came with two attachments, but only one attachment storage point, unless I'm missing something, would be nice to have a spot to store the second attachment. That's the only reason I'm giving 4 stars on the design. I would have liked to spend a little less as well.

I purchased my first one 3 months ago and love it so much i purchased a second one for work. It is so easy to go from whole vacuum to cordless, I especially like the option of short or long handle cordless. It also holds a charge for a reasonable amount of time when using on a carpet. I plan on buying another one in a few months so I have one on both floors.

I have no complaints with this vacuum. It works well and so much more convenient then all the short corded vacuums I grew up with! This is my dream cordless vacuum! It’s aesthetically pleasing and holds a charge even if it’s not plugged into the wall and instead hidden away in a closet while company is over. The only thing this vacuum doesn’t do is suck backwards. I’ve tried, and if it’s supposed to then our specific vacuum is flawed. But I’m still happy with this vacuum for now and still definitely recommend!

It’s a shame this massive company is shipping broken products to consumers. Then saying it’s not covered under warranty… be careful. I’d probably go with a more well known company with great customer service like Dyson.

Works Well But Does Not Compare to the Navigator

I purchased this product less than a month ago, hoping it would have improvements on the old Navigator. Not so. The dust collection chamber is very much smaller. There is no light to see into the dark corners. The suction does not seem as robust. And the battery charge gives out suddenly. I do like the ability to reach corners better, and it is still lightweight. Plus I do love that it is cordless. I greatly miss my Navigator!
