Cute character BUT website down

We bought several characters for our granddaughter’s birthday. Unfortunately the app and website were down today so she couldn’t use her birthday gift. That’s a bummer. I guess most people buy for Christmas this time of year but she’s a December birthday!

My grandchildren love Paw patrol and Skye was a big hot from the theme song through to the stories. My grandson figured out how to fast forward, repeat, pause within no time .
