Everything I was hoping for - And more!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I spent a couple of months hunting around for a lightweight replacement to my old, 5 pound laptop and finally settled on this LG gram 14. I am absolutely delighted with it.
At 1 Kilo (2.2 lbs) it is genuinely portable.

The laptop arrived free of the customary junkware and is fast, intuitively laid out and the keyboard has a great feel to it. It lacks a touchscreen, a feature that I was not interested in anyway based on past experiences. I love just about everything about it. Because it arrived with a hard drive of only 1/2 TB, I added a second into the available slot to give it sufficient memory to keep up with my plans forward. My only fault turns out to be a minor one. Initially I almost did not buy this laptop because other reviews informed me that the 8 GB of RAM was soldered into place and could not be upgraded. I am accustomed to running 16 to 32 GB of RAM in my machines. However, much to my surprise and delight, the way the machine is configured, 8 GB is plenty fast for anything I need it for and should be plenty fast for just about everybody else.
All in all, it’s a wonderful laptop, genuinely portable, intuitively designed and easy to maintain.

Exceeded my expectations

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The LG Gram 17 laptop has exceeded my expectations. The unit is very light for any laptop not to mention a 17 inch laptop. The build quality is very good and my experience with battery life has been exceptional. In contrast to a Dell XPS 17 that I have that has very poor battery life. All in all I am very satisfied with this purchase and would highly recommend the LG Gram to anyone needing a large laptop for use in the home or for travel.

Fast, light weight and great features

It is everything I need in a laptop with fingerprint access, boots up in a flash, solid-state, 17-inch screen, super light and easy to take with me as opposed to the heavy backpack I used to carry with all the adaptors. Highly recommend.

Fantastic performance

Extremely fast, terrific display and excellent battery in a very light package. Plan to add 1T of additional memory to joy a lifetime of pictures and videos.

I purchased the laptop after our experience with their other product. Great light nice home laptop. It’s quick and easy to open in the am with just a couple strokes and my finger print. I wish it had a SD card slot but the adapter for one works great. The battery does not last nearly as long as I expected based on promotional information.

My new favorite computer! I absolutely love this computer. I am a new fan and loyal customer because of how much I enjoy this computer. The LG Gram 14 is extremely light, compact, types very well, easy to carry around and very portable, keyboard lights, screen automatically dims and brightens, and the battery lasts. I have owned this laptop for several months and really enjoy using it. It is the same size as other 13 models from other brands, and it is way lighter than those too. I definitely recommend trying a LG Gram computer of any size.
