Durable space saver

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Walker Edison Modern Solid Wood Loft Bed with a Built-In Desk is great for someone needing space. This bed allows for a place for you to study and a place to rest.
Pros: this Loft Bed is made of pine, a durable hardwood.
There are 58 inches of space underneath to add a chest dresser.
You can attach the bed to the wall, for extra security.
Slates are close enough for a spring mattress, but if you're using memory foam get bunkie board "plywood" for added support.
It's also great that the desk is accessible from outside and in.
The grey color is easy to match with other furniture and went well with the furniture we already had.
Cons: the shelves for the desk area are somewhat thin, measuring only 6 inches deep.
Assembly, though easy to follow, took almost two hours to accomplish.
Also, with this bed, you are going to need to buy a thin twin mattress, so the guard rails are tall enough.
We are very pleased with the quality and durability of this loft bed by Walker Edison, and we expect to enjoy it for a long time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son loves this loft bed with desk. He was able to get rid of his desk and save a ton of space in his room by having this built in desk under his bed. The set is very sturdy and was fairly simple to build. I love the grey color and it would look great with any decor. The desk also has shelves to place items to keep your area more organized. That was a big issue previously that has been resolved with this set. No wobbling or squeaky boards like we’ve experienced with other sets. I am very impressed with the quality and know this will last a long time. We will be able to pass it down to his brother when the time comes.
I would recommend this to a friend!
