Overall, this is a great laptop! The screen is excellent - clear and crip - and the keyboard handles nicely. I really like having a number pad, though I did need to adjust to the smaller size of some keys (like Ctrl) on the main keyboard.
The reason for four stars is that the camera is slightly grainy; I can see a distinct difference when I'm in a video call with colleagues who have different webcams, and theirs are better.
