[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall from a performance perspective it is what you would expect, I had to bump up the ram a little bit because I use many heavy applications all at once. Unfortunately you are limited to Intel 11th Gen and there was no AMD Zen3 available at the time which is the biggest drawback.
Why is it 4 and not 5 starts then? Well from an a build quality perspective it does not feel like a ThinkPad, the edges are a bit sharp, and not smooth. So if you are using the touchpad you will certainly feel it pinch. The back cover design is what is causing this, and removing it to upgrade the Ram resulted in it cracking a bit. You have to remove the whole cover, there are no access panels like older ThinkPad. The general build quality is mediocre. Would I return it? I did occur to me, If I did not crack the back cover and I did not have to wait 6+months for the Thinkpad I really needed to ship. But since using it more and more, it grew on me.
