[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the feel of the keyboard, but I received a unit with a hardware issue. Within a week, the screen would black out and the whole laptop would be unresponsive where I could only do a hard restart. People also would complain that I sounded muffled when I would call them from the laptop. On my previous laptop from another brand (bought in 2016) nobody ever complained when I called using the same program.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The speed of this model laptop is fantastic.
The one problem I have is that I bought the storm gray color, and it is hard to see the printing on the keyboard with the light over my desk on. The keys reflect the light/glare pretty badly, and I really have to lean to the side or scrunch down to see the designation of the keys.
Other than that, it is working really well for all the things I do on the computer.
Thanks Lenovo! My trusty ThinkPad 450s lasted 7 years, so I hope this one does also! :-)
