Solid like a tank. Love laptop, update is buggy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had just about every T version starting with the T420. The T15 is a solid performer. The hardware is second to none. The issue is if you want to update the laptop, neither Vantage OR System Update does not work. One fails to detect and the other detects and fails to install. When you buy, Lenovo support does not offer assistance with this. They only will replace the laptop. This is not good. I tried many things since I am an IT professional. Finally, after a reset, I wiped all partions and installed Windows 11 fresh. This did not fix the issue. There are hundreds of reports on the web with the same issue so basically, you have to review the website and figure out what changed and requires updating. Very frustrating. I was almost going to return due to their unwillingness to help. Luckily for them, I really love the laptop. Keyboard is solid and tight. Super fast and it is QUIET. Some other models have a strong fan noise even after changing BIOS setting to run quiet. This one is a keeper. Because of this, I gave it 5 stars. I wish I can put one star for support policy. I would never get a Lenovo for people who need to contact support (some of my older family members)
