[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Solid general office laptop. Bottom chassis is thin and brittle plastic, be very careful when upgrading components.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Here’s the “good”:
It feels like a ThinkPad, which most would agree, is a good thing. The SSD is utterly silent and vibration-free, and if any fans are running inside, they have not yet been noticeable. The case stayed cool on both top and bottom. I realize that this is subjective, but it feels pretty snappy. I have not done any critical testing, but so far, the display seems fine, although it's always a trade-off with a laptop, since screens that are big enough to be truly useful are too, well, big. And heavy. The 15" display on this model is an attempt to walk that line. Overall, a nice look and feel.
Here's the not so good:
There was a time when this level of audio quality from the built-in speakers might have been considered "good" on a laptop, but in an era where an iPad (and even an iPhone) sounds much better, it's only adequate for business use where there's no music involved.
The built-in camera is terrible. 720p is not much resolution, but that could be forgiven if the quality was otherwise good, but that's just not the case. This video never would have looked good. Not in any era. Lousy dynamic range, poor metering, lack of color saturation, poor low-light performance and high video noise. In an era where video conferencing has become so essential, this camera is an embarrassment. No smart phone ever made had a camera this bad. The video quality is so bad that I didn't waste any time testing the built-in microphone, because it’s just not acceptable to appear in a professional capacity looking like this camera makes one look.
The keyboard is illuminated via back-lighting, but I had to search the web to figure out how to turn it on. Certainly nothing as obvious as markings on the function keys. And there are only two brightness settings. It "works", but it seems like a poorly-executed afterthought.
The front edge (in front of the keyboard) is uncomfortably sharp.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit is terrific! Love the size, speed, look and feel of the laptop. It is a great companion up and back to the office and certainly when travelling. I use for business and also for pleasure, including on line canasta, zoom dinners with friends and even catcing Amazon Prime or Netflix.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] T15 is solid product. I like the design and performance. only issue I am having now is that when T15 is in sleep, sometime it wont wake up when click on power button. I think it is minor issue and now looking for a solution on this.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Strong computer, handles Autocad and solid works well. Microphone cuts in and out on web meetings. This is the second of these laptops that I have experienced this with. Otherwise very pleased.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loving the new laptop nice and fast this is my third, only thing that was off in my opinion is the grey color not that crazy about it
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I love this laptop. I gave it only 4 stars because of the camera quality ( I need high def) and the audio quality. And there’s no adjustment for either. So I had to go buy an external high def webcam that contains audio.
