Ordered new item for next business day shipping. Got it in two business days but the item was clearly used. The seal was broken, there were light scratch on the top of the laptop and lint and fingerprints on the screen. When I plugged it in and turned it on, the previous owners profile was still set up and I was printed to entry a password. Not happy about this as I specifically needed it that day. I contacted support and was told they would open a ticket for a replacement which could take up to 48 hours. I was contacted that evening via email and was told that unit was no longer available and was asked to go to their website pick something else and email the information back to them which I did. I was told that the order would take up to 48 hours to process then they would have shipping details for me but could not give me any more information. Since I needed a laptop immediately and they couldn’t give me an idea of how long it would take to receive, one day, one week, one month. Nothing. I requested a refund. Very disappointed in Lenovo service and lack of attention to detail.
