[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a developer. I've had a T30 (starting in 2003), T42, T420S and a T570. Overall, I've been very happy with all of them including the T15. The only thing keeping me from rating this five stars is the change to a low profile trackpoint pointer. The old style 6mm "classic dome" trackpoint cap is no longer available. The current trackpoint is now almost unusable due to finger strain. It shorter and thus there is less leverage to move it. It is certainly not usable for any long period of time. Since I have used the trackpoint for over 18 years, I can say I am very disappointed in this update to the Thinkpad. I am now forced to use a mouse...very much against my will.

Boss got me this and I feel like I went from a TSR80 to a Super Cray. Are those comparisons relevant these days? Bottom line, my productivity is up up up and my frustration tolerance is back down to non-dangerous levels.
