Grease Filter Screens Keep Falling Down!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not happy so far. The hood is very noise and seems to rattle a log. Because of the rattling, the grease screens vibrate and fall out onto the food below on the stove. I called twice to complain about the screens falling down. The first time they sent only one screen that was too small (meant for a smaller hood). I called and complained and they sent a replacement screen...only one screen...when I specifically said I need both new screens. I now need to call again for a second screen. I can't tell yet if that's going to fix the issue. It seems as if it's a poor design where the screen tabs [that hold the screen in place] are too small.
