The laptop battery and charger and screen broke and I try to charge the computer and the charger not working and the screen broke there inc coming out the screen

We certainly understand the inconvenience this may have caused if the laptop will not power on, charge, or no video.
If the laptop will not power on, boot up or it's just black screen, please do the following. Please try to do a power cycle by pressing and holding down the power button to shut it down completely. If it still black screen after a few minutes, at least 10 minutes, please repeat the power cycle process again. If the laptop is applying updates in the System Registry, it will black screen temporarily until the update were applied successfully. Also, please try to disconnect the power cable and let the unit drain for 24 hours to clear the memory. This will reset the hardware to default settings. After doing this, please reconnect your AC adapter, do not power on the laptop until the battery was charged.

After purchasing new 3 weeks ago, stopped working &;needs a new motherboard! Keyboard stopped responding almost immediately.

All ASUS products undergo intensive quality control testing and inspections, and are built to last, the keyboard not working after three weeks of usage is a random problem. To resolve the issue, please do a factory restore. If the keyboard problem still persist after doing a factory restore, we recommend that you send the product in for service in order to determine if the keyboard is faulty so this may be resolved immediately. Slow

Extremely disappointed in this item. Slow to load and constant freezes. I have had ASUS products before and was satisfied. So much so, I bought another. I have high speed internet but, not on this.

Certainly, this laptop was designed as an entry-level computer that runs basic and light computing applications like web-surfing, emailing and word-processing without compromising system stability and performance as long as Windows, drivers and applications are up to date. Keeping the laptop updated will maintain optimum system stability and performance. Also, while accessing web applications, please ensure the unit has access to an established router and internet service is working properly since poor, or unstable internet connection will definitely affect system speed and performance. If these steps were already performed to no avail, please try to run a diagnostics or optimization test using the "My ASUS" utility software or application.
