Laptop failed in less than 4 days! Moving from an ASUS Zenbook that held up for years and finally died, my expectation was that the "ExpertBook" would serve me well with some nice upgraded features. Received the EB and began transferring data/files and setting up all personalization, links, passwords, etc. After several hours of setup and preparation, I assumed I could move forward with my new upgrade - WRONG. Less than 36 hours later - complete failure. Started with the display not turning on, then quickly moved to an unresponsive brick. After going through all of the self help and numerous reboots/resets, yada yada - I went to the support team... "try reseting again"... nothing. Now I've been told that my new laptop needs to be sent in for repair (at my expense)!!! I am now without anything to use thanks to ASUS and it could be up to 10 business days before I have a resolution and a laptop to use. I would love to just return it and get a refund - but all of my data is now on this laptop and I must get it repaired before I can get that info back and part ways with ASUS. What an amazing experience!!

The fingerprint sensor is integrated into the power button. To activate it, simply tap the power button to switch it on and off.
