This is a very impressive machine

It does everything they say, it does throw snow 25 ft. It is so easy to use, you can use it with one hand. All of the neighbors were totally impressed with this machine. I will definitely recommend this product to anyone. My wife bought this for me after I spent 4 hours shoveling the driveway, and I am in my 50's and she didnt want anything to happen to me because of the shoveling. With this snow blower I can do the whole driveway in 40 minutes instead of 4 hours. A great product.

Small/Tough Machine

You won't be disappointed. I had no business using this for my side hustle. Since the last snowfall, (over 1 ft. of snow) I used it 3 times in a day. Primarily is my snow blower for home. Performing strong after 2 years. Don't expect to plow through heavy snow; theres a technique for small machine and heavy snow removal. Develop the back and forth travel and it'll get the job done.

Great blower for homeowner

I'm 73 and retired 3 years ago. I purchased my blower about 5 years ago to clear my north facing drive & entry. The entry walk and upper driveway in shade turned to ice and took weeks to clear after the lower half had melted. Dangerous to go out for the mail. I shoveled the drive for years until I got my SnoJoe about 5 years ago. This blower and smaller elec snow sweeper, do a fast, easy job on snow up to about 10"; ours mostly are up to 3". Have other SunJoe yard equip I've been as satisfied. Great company.

Fine...until it's not

It's been unusable since the pulley stripped out early last winter. Replacement parts for this model never in stock. I've been checking periodically for over least a year and a half -- including spring and summer -- and it's always out of stock. It's obvious that this isn't just another "supply chain issue based on numerous comments this site about the part wearing out and being out of stock that stretch back 4 years.
For safety reasons, the part is designed to fail if the auger gets jammed and the motor keeps spinning -- exactly what happened when I ran into some dense snow. Even if that hadn't happened, plastic pulleys wear out over time. That's why it's user replaceable. But that's worthless if replacement parts aren't ever available.
So you have a few options if you're considering this snow blower
1) Understand its limits and hope for the best
2) Set aside some money to buy another snow blower when a part wears out
3) Buy a snow blower from a manufacturer that doesn't expect you to do #1 or #2

VERY DANGEROUS, start by itself

This thing is a SERIOUS HAZARD. It cannot stop, even when the button is turned off. Releasing the handle do NOTHING, it keep spinning. The worst of it all is when I was working on the deck for other thing and it STARTED BY ITSELF, I had to unplug the thing to make it stop
I tried to bring it inside thinking it was ice but even after that it is still doing it
I have two of them and at this point I am seriously afraid to use them

Love my snow jo

We live in northern Michigan and I’m 72 this is s a life saver not to have shovel! We use regular snowblower for big stuff but daily use this is fabulous especially on deck and sidewalks and path to bird feeders.

I definitely wasted my money.

15 Amp snow blower wheel pulley stripped out first time I used it. I had this in storage since I bought it 3 years ago brand new. I took it out of the original box today and started trying to use it. Augers started slipping. Took off side panel and wheel pulley bolt threads were stripped out. No replacement parts available.
